WEYAR --- VFX Scar bleeding

This one is harder than I expected. SmartVector is not very easy to use when the clips doesn't meet certain circumstances. But many online tutorials saved me. By adjusting the reference frame range for the Vector distort, I am able to make the blood follow the scar, not perfectly but good enough.
